Hi everyone,
my name is Niklas and I rejoined the ICP for my master's thesis. My work is focused on developing new modeling approaches for the classification of peptides from nanopore sensing signals. Specifically, I will be looking into ways of implementing learnable wavelet transforms in neural networks. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and am passionate about table tennis, so feel free to challenge me to a match on our institute's table.
